Building a Floral Brand Through Strategy & Storytelling

For 800Flower, my role went beyond content creation. I managed the brand’s social media presence end-to-end, ensuring every post, reel, and story reflected a refined yet approachable floral identity.

I developed the social media strategy, defined content pillars, and translated seasonal moments, campaigns, and everyday products into cohesive visual storytelling. From concept to execution, I created and edited photo and video content, crafted captions with clear calls to action, and planned formats that encouraged engagement while staying true to the brand’s tone.

Alongside content, I oversaw community management and performance tracking, continuously optimizing based on audience behavior and campaign results. I also launched and managed an affiliate program, partnering with creators to drive authentic advocacy while keeping performance measurable and scalable. The initiative quickly became a meaningful driver of both visibility and conversion, supporting the brand beyond one-off campaigns. The focus remained on consistency, recognition, and emotional connection—turning flowers into experiences that resonated beyond the screen.
