End-to-End Social Media Strategy & Management

For BreakBread, I manage the platform’s social media presence end-to-end, from strategy and planning to content execution and community building—turning curated lifestyle and culinary experiences into compelling, bookable stories.

I plan and schedule content, define storytelling directions, and create the majority of reels, static posts, and graphic content myself, handling both shooting and editing. When hosts provide footage, I adapt it into structured, high-performing formats, while also producing Q&A-style reels and host highlights to humanize each experience and build trust with the audience.

Beyond content, I actively support the platform’s growth by scouting new hosts, venues, and partnerships, and by recruiting influencers for key experiences to expand reach and visibility. I also manage community engagement, responding to messages and guiding users through discovery and booking.

In parallel, I create platform-focused content that highlights how BreakBread works, its benefits, and the ease of booking. Much of this content is repurposed for paid campaigns, requiring strong hooks, clarity, and conversion-friendly storytelling.
